Today we want to be part of your team. VL Trading wants to be relevant in today’s market where speed to market is Key and we endeavor to cut delivery lead times so our customers get their product within a maximum of four weeks from PO and two weeks for repeats, hence getting the product in at the right time and maximizing sales on best-selling lines with speedy repeats. We also aim to reduce the carbon footprint for our UK and European customers by buying from an on-shore manufacturer.
Design
AT VL Trading we have our own team of graphic and garment designers that provide up to the minute creations that are current and designed according to our customer’s briefs.
Our state of the art in house printing facility ensures quality and full control of all print media. We have screen-printed, sublimation print, embroidery and heat-seal processes in one facility under one roof. Whatever your print requirements you can be assured we have the answer. We have a print capacity of 50,000 units per week. Our print house is fully accredited by SEDEX.
Garment manufacturing
VL Trading has its own modern garment make-up plant that is fully audited by SMETA and has SEDEX accreditation. We can fulfill all your cut & sew requirements of up to 30,000 units per week from this facility.
